Annapurna Base Camp Trekking will start from Pokhara valley to Nayapul which is just one hour drive away from Pokhara. In fact, our trek begins at the low elevations and then follows valley floors gently winding through tropical vegetation, forests, along with waterfalls and stunning views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The combination of picturesque farmlands and scattered traditional Gurung villages and cultures with the panorama of high peaks offers you the fantastic scenery. Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu
Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing
Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara. a) by road 6/7 hours, b) by air 30 minutes
Day 04: Pokhara to Ulleri (2010m)
Day 05: Ulleri to Ghorepani (2870m)
Day 06: Early morning hike to Poon hill, watch panorama view of mountain and come back at hotel at Ghorepani then continue trek to Tadapani (2670m)
Day 07: Tadapani to Chhomrong (2140m)
Day 08: Chhomrong to Bamboo (2335m)
Day 09: Bamboo to Deurali (3230m)
Day 10: Deurali to ABC (4130m)
Day 11: ABC to Dovan (2505m)
Day 12: Dovan to Jhinu (1710m)
Day 13: Jhinu to Dhampus (1650m)
Day 14: Dhampus to Pokhara (800m)
Day 15: Rest day + Sightseeing in Pokhara.

Details Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu (1400m)
Today, upon your arrival Tribhuvan International Airport, our representatives from Nepal Himalayas Trekking 's will welcome you and transfer the hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing
With the help of our experienced tour guide, you will spend this whole day for Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing. The main places will be Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Bauddhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square among others.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara. (900m) a) by road 6/7 hours, b) by air 30 minutes
Today, after having breakfast early in the morning, we will drive you to Pokhara. Driving from Kathmandu to Pokhara will take around 7 hours by tourist bus. If you take a flight to Pokhara, it will take around 30 minutes. And at the remaining time, you can explore the Pokhara City. We will stay at the hotel tonight.

Day 04: Pokhara to Ulleri (2010m)
Leave Pokhara early morning and travel by car to the trek starting point in Nayapul.Walk along the Modi river valley where waterfalls and inviting plunge pools await. Ascend the steep staircase to Magar village of Ulleri from where there are breathtaking views of the valley below and the peaks of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli.

Day 05: Ulleri to Ghorepani (2870m)
The day starts with a gentle climb before reaching steeper climbs of a river walk through oak and rhododendron forests en route to Ghorepani.

Day 06: Ghorepani to Tadapani (2670m)
Today, very early in the morning, we will start our an hour hiking to Poon Hill and then we return to Ghorepani after having a beautiful view of sunshine in the Himalayas in Poon Hill. Leaving Ghorepani will then bring you to Tadapani, which will be the destination for today.

Day 07: Tadapani to Chhomrong (2140m)
The day starts with steep downhill through dense rhododendron forests. Then, leaving Tadapani and following the trail will bring us to Chhomrung.

Day 08: Chhomrong to Bamboo (2335m)
This day you have to walk ascending through Gurung and Magar Village with Rhododendron & Bamboo forest until to Bamboo. We will stay at Bamboo overnight.

Day 09: Bamboo to Deurali (3230m)
Today your trekking starts after breakfast in a hotel. You have to walk through the forest following the Madi River until to Deurali. And tonight, we will stay at the guesthouse in Deurali.

Day 10: Deurali to ABC (4130m)
Today, the trail climbs on past the Machhapuchhre Base Camp, which isn't really a base camp since climbing the mountain is not permitted. Two hours of a trek from Machhapuchhre Base Camp will take you to the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) at the elevation of 4130m. Overnight, we will stay at the guesthouse.

Day 11: ABC to Dovan (2505m)
You have to walk gradually up towards Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) through the Himalayan trails. You enjoy with Himalayan Panoramic view with Glaciers and much more. It’s hard to express our happiness in words here. Actually, we will feel like Heaven; then after you have to move to Deurali & overnight in Hotel.

Day 12: Donovan to Jhinu (1710m)
We follow the same trail until Chumrung. Once we have passed Khuldighar, there is an experimental sheep farm. Then, the trail continues through rhododendron forest. Descending down from Chhomrung will take us to Jhinu Hot Spring where you can bath in natural hot springs.

Day 13: Jhinu to Dhampus (1650m)
Early in the morning, after having breakfast, we start trekking down following the trail downhill through Jhinu. You will still get a chance to have a beautiful view of mountains and forests on the way. This trail will finally take us to Dhampus. Tonight, we will stay at the guesthouse in Dhampus.

Day 14: Dhampus to Pokhara (800m)
Today, exploring the Gurung culture at Dhampus, we start heading downhill and our trek today will bring us to Pokhara, where we will stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 15: Rest day + Shightseeing in Pokhara.
Today will be the best day to have a tour in Pokhara city. You can have a sightseeing trip at Pokhara as there are many places worth visiting. The major places include Fewa Lake, Begnas Lake, Devi's Falls, Museum, Gupteshwor Cave, Bat's Cave and Mahendra Cave among others.

Day 16: Pokhara to Kathmandu,
a) by road 8\9 hours, b) by air 30 minutes

Today's drive from Pokhara will take you to Kathmandu. If you take the flight to return back to Kathmandu, it will take around 35 minutes. You can explore the Kathmandu city in the remaining time. And in the evening we will celebrate the farewell dinner.

Day 17: Final Departure
Today, after having breakfast, we will accompany you to the airport for the returning flight. We bid you farewell at the airport hoping to see you again!
