Nepal Himalayas Trekking Pvt. Ltd provides the following terms and conditions for booking and payment of any trip in Nepal.
To secure a place, (25 to 30) % down payment is required to be made in advance as per the company policy.
30% - If more than eight weeks prior to arrival date
please contact us if this will cause you a problem; we do try to be flexible

The Remaining amount can be paid in our office after your arrival. If you choose to settle your holiday balance by credit card a handling charge of 4% on the outstanding balance is made. There is no handling charge for payment by bank transfer.
We accept your last-minute booking for ONLY IN CASES OF NEPAL TRIPS, but LAST-MINUTE BOOKING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR INDIA, BHUTAN AND TIBET TRIPS).
No refund will be made for deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other reason. Having paid the full amount of any trip, you will get your money back but still a cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.
On our holiday’s tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided on a twin sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed to clients who do not have another tour participant to share room /tent with.
Tour No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
If Nepal Himalayas Trekking company cancels your trip because of unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we will be happy to refer you to an alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all money paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
9. Clients' Responsible
A tour / trek guide who represents Nepal Himalayas Trekking Company deserves all authority during your tours. If you commit any unlawful act, you are responsible to leave the tour.
10. Impact on your journey
We put our every effort to ensure comfortable traveling of yours, but it is must to understand that what you might be accustomed to in the western affluent countries, the Himalayan countries can’t afford such facilities.
11. Travel Insurance
You must purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our clients.
12. Tour Amendment
To make alterations of any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. You’re advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstances, for instance bad weather etc.
13 Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs in the absence of essential papers and documents.
14. Flight Delay/Cancellation
There is virtually a possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could happen, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc. In such a case your itinerary will be modified.
15. NHT's mission is to finance its community enhancement programs through the revenues generated by tourism.
16. Booking Via Third Party.
Our flexible booking and cancelling policies only apply to all trips booked from our website ONLY. Adventure trips booked from a third-party vendor like Travel Creators, TourRadar, BookMundi, Travel Stride, TravelZoo etc., will not be warranted to the above mentioned because we need to follow them's rule regulations too.
