Our trail leads through Khursani village and Lububesi Gurung settlement and finally to Machha Khola.
We didn't gain much elevation as evidenced by the subtropical vegetation surrounding our trek. However, be prepared to survive some ups and downs. He crosses two major rivers, Taro Cola and Macha Cola. After crossing Mach Kola on a suspension bridge, enter Tatopani, but through the woods and finally to Doban. Dawban means the confluence of his two rivers in Nepal, actually Dawban is located at the confluence of Shari Khola and Sarpu Khola.
After breakfast in Doban, continue the journey towards Philim. The trek starts with a steep climb to Louri and continues to Tadohi Balyan under Jagat. Then, cross a river to reach Jagat, a Tibetan-style settlement, and cross another river to reach Philim. Another Gurung village.
Continue trekking north through terraced millet fields, eventually reaching Eklebatti. Travel through rugged canyons and cross the Budi Gandaki River. Continue along the banks of Budhi Gandaki and through bamboo forests to the Deng Khola River. Then, cross this river to reach your destination, Deng.

Start your trek early in the morning from Lo and drive to Summergaung. Our path goes through the forest and reaches the village of Shara. Surrounded by farmland, Shala village has several wooden rest areas. Continuing on, we cross a small stream that flows through the Pungen Glacier to reach a low-lying village called Samagaung. Samaguan is the closest village to Manaslu base his camp.
During this trek we acclimatize at Samagaon to adapt to the thin air that would have reached higher altitudes. We are not lazy, we explore summer gowns. Sure enough, you can notice the lifestyle of the locals and experience their culture. Additional options include hiking to Manaslu Base Camp, Birendra Lake, and a visit to Punggen Monastery. Punggen Monastery is located south of Samagaon, about 2.5 hours walk. Hidden behind the ridge in front of Manaslu, it offers breathtaking views of the glacier. Birendra Tal is a glacial lake at an altitude of 3,450 meters, where chunks of ice roll into the lake during thunderstorms. Indeed, Samagaon is an interesting place for acclimatization.
Today's hike is relatively interesting and enjoyable. Cross meadows and climb into valleys. Paths lead us through juniper and birch forests. Descending the Budi Gandaki River, cross the wooden bridge over Budi Gandaki and climb steeply up the river. The exciting part of the trip awaits as you trek the Manaslu Circuit and cross the Lalukhara Pass (5,100m). After an early breakfast, depart from Dharamsala for a long trek. Weather is the most important factor as it determines if the trek becomes more difficult due to strong winds or storms. Start across the moraine and descend to a small lake. The trail starts to get bumpy and confusing as it traverses south of the steep grassy slopes. Our route stays on the moraine until a ridge marked by two landmarks. Prayer flags mark the route and give you a sense of direction for your trek. Frozen, she carefully descends to four lakes and finally ascends a steep road to Lalcarapaz.
Pass offers panoramic views of Himrung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kan Gul and the Great Annapurna II. A great trail takes us to the top of the moraine, heading west and making a sharp, rough bend. Continue crossing the moraine and gently descend to another grassy moraine at 4,450m. Going downhill the trail becomes easier to walk once you reach a small meadow. As we approach the large meadows, mani walls and small houses, the valley begins to widen, marking the arrival of Bhimthang.
It will be the last day of the trail. After waking up in Go, head to Dharapani. The route is sloping, so hiking is easy. Passing through many fields and meadows, you will reach Tirje, a large Gurung settlement. This village is famous for its brandy. But we keep moving forward, passing some Mani walls to reach Tongje village and enter Dharapani village.
Today is the last day of our trip. After early morning breakfast, depart Dharapani by local his bus to Besishar. Journey time is approximately 6-7 hours.
