You shall arrive at Kathmandu which is at an altitude of 1,300m, and then drive to Arughat that is located at an altitude of 700m. via Soti Khola (815m), Labu Besi (900m), Jagat (1,250m), Ngyak (1,950m), Ghap (2,050m), Lho (3,148m), Sama Gaon (3,517m), Samdo (3,738m), Dharmashala (4,480m), Bimthang, and make through the Larkya La Pass (5,113m). Via Tilje (3,010m), Tal (1,725m), and Syange (1,175m), you shall arrive at Besisahar (825m), and return to Kathmandu (1,300m) via a drive from there. Throughout the trek, you shall make it through about 6 different climatic zones, witnessing and enjoying what these different climatic zones have to offer you.

Though the Manaslu region trekking falls in a remote area, which is quite challenging in comparison to other classic treks, you aren't required to have any athletic body fitness.
