Mr. Prakash Lamsal is the founder and Managing Director of Nepal Himalayas Trekking. Born and raised in the beautiful hills of Dhading, Nepal, he began his tourism career in 2012 as a porter guide. Through dedication, hard work, and a passion for the Himalayas, he progressed to become an experienced trekking guide, tour leader, expedition organizer, and successful tourism entrepreneur.
With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Lamsal has led hundreds of trekking and cultural tours across Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and India. His international travels have further strengthened his understanding of travelers' expectations, helping him design authentic, safe, and memorable Himalayan adventures.
Beyond tourism, he is committed to supporting local communities by creating employment opportunities, mentoring young tourism professionals, and contributing to educational and social initiatives.

Born in Nepal's beautiful Dhading District, Mr. Basu Lamsal developed a lifelong passion for the Himalayas and Nepal's rich culture. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and over 20 years of experience in tourism since 2006, he has progressed from porter to trekking guide, manager, and now Director of Nepal Himalayas Trekking.
His hands-on experience, leadership, and dedication to sustainable tourism have helped establish the company as a trusted local trekking operator. Passionate about travel, hiking, and connecting with people from around the world, Mr. Lamsal is committed to delivering safe, authentic, and unforgettable Himalayan adventures for every traveler.
Pradip Khanal was born in the beautiful Gorkha District of Nepal, where his love for the Himalayas and adventure began. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science, giving him strong communication skills and the ability to connect with travelers from around the world.
Since joining Nepal's tourism industry in 2014, Pradip has progressed from trekking porter to licensed trekking guide, guide leader, and now serves as the Guide Leader & Marketing Manager at Nepal Himalayas Trekking. His years of trekking experience, leadership, and deep knowledge of Nepal's mountain trails have earned him the trust of countless international trekkers.
Outside of work, Pradip enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading, constantly exploring new destinations and sharing Nepal's natural beauty with visitors. His passion, professionalism, and dedication to creating safe and memorable Himalayan adventures make him an invaluable member of the Nepal Himalayas Trekking team.
Niruta Adhikari is the financial backbone of Nepal Himalayas Trekking. She oversees accounting operations, booking records, invoicing, financial reporting, and payment management with exceptional accuracy and professionalism.
