Day 2 Flight to Lukla (2,840m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

Day 3 Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Day 4 Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Day 5 Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867m)

Day 6 Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m)

Day 9 Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,164m) – Everest Base Camp (5,364m) – Return to Gorak Shep

This is it — the big day. Walk along the glacial moraine of the Khumbu Glacier to reach Gorak Shep. After a short rest, push onward to the rocky, surreal moonscape of Everest Base Camp. Ice towers and prayer flags mark the achievement. Return to Gorak Shep before dark. You’ve stood where legends begin.

Day 10 Gorak Shep to Kalapatthar (5,545m) – Descend to Pheriche (4,240m)

Day 11 Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Back Through the Rhododendrons.

Day 12 Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,840m)

Final Steps.

Day 13 Fly Lukla to Kathmandu (1,400m)

Farewell to the Khumbu.
Weather permitting, take a morning flight back to civilization. Watch the white peaks shrink below you — a farewell from the giants.

Day 14 Airport drop for final Departure

Day 7 Acclimatization in Dingboche (4,410m)

The Thin Air Test.
Climb Nangkartsang Peak (5,083m) if you're up for it — the perfect vantage point to see Makalu and the Imja Valley. The climb is steep but worth it. Otherwise, wander through the stone-walled fields and observe local life.

Day 8 Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910m)

Into the Silence.
The trail rises gently through alpine scrub. Pass Dughla, then climb the Thukla Pass — a somber place with memorials for climbers who perished on Everest. Lobuche lies ahead under the watchful gaze of Nuptse and Pumori. Nights are colder now, and the stars are piercingly bright.

Day 9 Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,164m) – Everest Base Camp (5,364m) – Return to Gorak Shep

On Sacred Ground.
This is it — the big day. Walk along the glacial moraine of the Khumbu Glacier to reach Gorak Shep. After a short rest, push onward to the rocky, surreal moonscape of Everest Base Camp. Ice towers and prayer flags mark the achievement. Return to Gorak Shep before dark. You’ve stood where legends begin.

Day 10 Gorak Shep to Kalapatthar (5,545m) – Descend to Pheriche (4,240m)

Everest Up Close.
Begin pre-dawn to summit Kalapatthar — the best place to witness Everest in full grandeur. Watch the sunrise illuminate the peak in glowing gold. Then descend all the way down to Pheriche, leaving the icy heights behind.

Day 11 Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Back Through the Rhododendrons.
Retrace your steps through Pangboche and Tengboche, savoring the downhill ease. Namche feels like a bustling metropolis after days in the highlands — indulge in cake, coffee, and a hot shower.

Day 12 Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,840m)

Final Steps.
A long descent through forests and river valleys. With every step, the oxygen thickens. Arrive in Lukla, where the journey began. It’s time for celebration — you've completed one of the world’s most iconic treks.

Day 13 Fly Lukla to Kathmandu (1,400m)

⏱️ Flight Time: ~35 mins
Farewell to the Khumbu.
Weather permitting, take a morning flight back to civilization. Watch the white peaks shrink below you — a farewell from the giants.

Day 14 Airport drop for final Departure
