You shall start your trek from Soti Khola, where you shall reach via a drive in a private vehicle from the Kathmandu Valley. Via Machha Khola, Jagat, Deng, Namrung, Lho, Samagaon, Samdo, you shall reach all the way to Dharmashala. In your way from Dharmashala to Bimthang, you shall cross the Larkya La Pass (5,160m). You shall not have any difficulty do this trek. Trekking in the winter season can be quite challenging and difficult, more accurately miserable. Some major parts of the trek are covered with snow, making through which requires you to walk through the icy areas. On the other hand, most of the teahouses in the high altitude areas remain closed during December to early February. However, the weather is bright and clear during this season, letting you the best opportunity to get glimpses of mountains.
